FirstCash is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Tyler, TX. Earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission.

Your duties include greeting customers, assisting with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and ensuring accurate transaction processing in a customer-focused environment. Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$11.00 - $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
