Job summary

Holiday Oil seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate (21+) to join our Utah team in Lake Point. You will help customers, operate the cash register, restock, and keep the store clean and safe. This fast-paced role requires strong customer service, accuracy, and teamwork to meet daily demand.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with POS systems, basic math, and multi-tasking in a high-volume environment. Availability includes Sundays through Saturdays, with open/close shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers.
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace effectively.
• Willingness to learn about store processes, products, and services.
• Ability to remain composed in confrontational situations.
• Capability to work in a high-volume, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Sunday through Saturday. Availability to open and close the store as needed.
• Must be able to work in cold environments, such as outdoor cold weather and indoor coolers.
• Must also be able to work in heat during the summer months to perform outdoor duties.
