Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations (certification provided)
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using checkout systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth customer experience for pawn and short-term loans
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
