Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist 1 to assist customers, ring up purchases, and maintain an inviting front-end area. You will greet customers, manage the register, and stay informed about promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, and supporting donation programs while ensuring the store front remains clean and welcoming during evening and weekend shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist 1

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
