Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for one of our retail clients in Worth, IL. You will guide guests, provide product knowledge, and create a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales, supporting store operations, and resolving customer concerns while meeting sales goals. Candidates should be 18+, able to lift up to 25 lbs, with a high school diploma preferred and 1+ year sales or customer service
