Harbor Freight Tools is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Luzerne County, PA. You will engage customers, process sales, and promote programs while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

Typical hours support a 6am–10pm schedule, with opportunities for growth and full-time progression. Benefits include limited medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and 401(k) eligibility, plus PTO and holidays.

A Retail Sales Associate (part-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do!

The anticipated rate for this position is $16.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
