Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Victoria, TX. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and extensions, and help customers with pawnbroker transactions to reach mutual agreements.

You will start in a paid training program, with opportunities to advance to Pawnbroker and Lead Pawnbroker through certification and 5-week programs. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.
