EZPAWN Minnesota, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to join our fast-paced store teams in Minnesota.

Start in a 5-week paid training program with a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion, then access the Pawnbroker Certification Program and opportunities to advance to Lead Pawnbroker. You will help customers with sales and pawn items, earn competitive pay based on experience, and enjoy a structured career path with bonuses and growth

Qualifications

• As a member of our customer service team you must be self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.

What You Can Expect

Here's what you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker): This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.

Requirements

Requirements for the Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) role include: As a member of our customer service team you must be self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. • High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well independently and as member of a team
• Ability to multitask
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
