Uptown Cheapskate in Tucson is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with outfits, and keep merchandise organized. You will also handle sales, trades, and returns while following store policies and contributing to social media content.

Ideal candidates will have retail or sales experience, a reliable attendance record, and the ability to stand for long periods. Bilingual skills and fashion knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic computer and POS proficiency
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused and dependable with a team attitude
• Ability to process sales, trades, and returns per company policy
• Knowledge of fashion brands and trends a plus
• Bilingual language skills a plus

SALES ASSOCIATE, FULL-TIME

Uptown Cheapskate is a buy, sell, trade fashion store for young adults, offering thousands of lifestyle and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes. We’re looking for friendly, highly motivated Fashion Consultants to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Help customers find outfits, gifts, or specific styles
• Organize racks and merchandise clothing
• Ring out customers and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make content for Instagram and TikTok

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Reliable attendance, transportation, and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
