Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers. As the expert on home furnishings, you will inspire and guide guests to discover styles that reflect their lives and help design rooms they'll love.

This is an entrepreneurial, focused sales role in a fast-paced store environment. The position emphasizes delivering world-class service, assisting with sales orders, financing, and maintaining daily operations.

Formación

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding service at the front desk with cordial, respectful interactions representing the Ashley brand.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently; assist with credit applications and financing, with documentation of transactions
• Address customer concerns independently when possible
• Assist with store opening/closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
• Support inventory management and loss prevention; participate in bi-annual inventory checks
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and standards
• Complete any other tasks assigned by management

What You’ll Do:

• Thrives in an environment that rewards for delivering world-class service and delighting our guests.
• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner representing the Company's brand image.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols. Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management

What You Bring:

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
