Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is hiring to support its Marshalls store operations in the USA. You will help ensure excellent customer service, process purchases, promote loyalty programs, and maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes a positive store culture, teamwork, safety, and adherence to procedures. Applicants should be able to lift items and work in a dynamic retail setting with a flexible schedule.

• Supports shrink reduction programs and safety awareness.

• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
