Job summary

PUMA in Ellenton, United States is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, process checkout, and maintain store standards.

You will assist with stock, merchandising and inventory, while complying with all policies. Requires 1+ year retail experience, strong teamwork, quick learning ability, and MS Office basics. Must work weekends/evenings/holidays and be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred.
• Strong team player,

The base pay for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 + Benefits
