Job summary

Arcis Golf at The Woodlands Country Club, Tournament Course, The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will help open/close the pro shop, keep the area clean, assist guests with questions, and support merchandise management including stocking and inventory.

Your strong communication and customer service experience will help you engage with members and guests, while attention to detail ensures accurate pricing, inventory, and displays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills, strong customer service experience, and attention to detail are required.
• Willingness to learn and perform duties as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized pro shop area.
• Experience in a retail or merchandise environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures for the department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
• Provide excellent guest service and suggest merchandise options.
• Assist with merchandise management including shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and inventory.
