Wild Bill’s Tobacco Staffing LLC is seeking a friendly, energetic retail associate to join our Michigan location. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find the right products while promoting brand initiatives.

The role includes cash handling, maintaining a clean, stocked store, and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a 21+ year-old with retail experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Energetic, positive attitude; strong written and verbal communication.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers visiting the store, including greeting, answering phones, and assessing their needs in a positive manner.
• Answers questions and resolves customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create relationships with customers in order to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Participate in opportunities to gain product knowledge to be the expert.
• Promote the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked store for customers.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling, inventories, and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, restrooms, and work area.
• Build customers’ confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple.
• Assist in other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked store for customers.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage.
• Work with store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure maintenance of store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area.
• Build customers’ confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.
• Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
• Open and close the store which includes locking doors and setting the alarm.
• Must be able to work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor.
• Must be able to twist, bend, squat, lift, and reach overhead.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience in retail environments and customer service
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
