Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store presentation in their assigned zone. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and daily store upkeep to support a clean, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, answering questions about current promotions, supporting donation programs, and assisting with receiving, pricing, and training new Associates. Evening/weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

• Ensure that all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.
