EZCORP Value Pawn & Jewelry in Seffner, FL is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). Earn $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with paid training and clear promotion paths.

Start as a trainee in a 5-week program with a raise upon completion and potential to advance to Pawnbroker, Lead Pawnbroker, or Assistant Manager.
