GH Brands is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for our in-person store in Searcy, AR. Join a dynamic team and help customers find the right products with demos and expert advice.

You will greet customers, perform product demonstrations, operate the POS, and upsell related items while delivering courteous service. Prior retail experience is welcome but not required.

This paid role offers on-the-floor training and opportunities to grow within a vibrant retail setting.

• Use phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone and schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members confidently
