Job summary

Ollie’s in Arkansas seeks a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain a welcoming front of store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know promotions, and help with merchandising and store appearance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, can work evenings, weekends and holidays, and are positive team players who enjoy serving customers. The role supports donation programs and store initiatives and offers growth opportunities.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist 1

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
