Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers turn their home design dreams into reality while delivering world-class service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will engage customers, provide product guidance, and use POS/CRM tools to support sales. The role offers uncapped commissions, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities across the store network.

Qualificações

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible retail schedule.

Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
