Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist 2 to assist customers and maintain the front end of the store. You will handle cashier duties, greet shoppers, and support promotions to drive sales while keeping the front area clean and organized.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and readiness to assist with merchandising and store upkeep. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common, with opportunities for growth within Ollie’s associate programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist 2

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist 2 assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
