Kelley’s Market is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Rockford, IL. You’ll help customers, handle cashier transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. Earn $15–$18 per hour with an additional $3 per hour for overnight hours (10 p.m.–7 a.m.).

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide friendly, dependable customer service in a busy retail environment.

• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods, frequently lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in coolers, freezers, and outdoor conditions.
• Obtain an alcohol sales operator license where required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, security, and cash‑handling procedures.
• Communicate customer concerns, equipment problems, and other issues to store leadership.
• Work with your team to keep daily store operations running smoothly.
