Michaels in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products. You will handle a fast, accurate checkout and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to keep the floor in stock and well presented.

Responsibilities include supporting Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, enrolling customers in the Rewards program, and promoting VOC surveys.

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
