Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker) in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers a 5-week paid training program with rapid pay progression and a clear career path toward Pawnbroker certification and Store Manager roles.

Start as a Trainee, earn a .50 raise after training, then $1/hour upon certification, with uncapped bonus potential and full benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Able to multitask and pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities
