My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Perris, CA. You will educate customers on AT&T products and services while guiding them through the buying process and earning based on performance.

We offer strong base pay with commissions, paid training, growth opportunities, and a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred for some locations) (Optional)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US

Qualifications

• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
