Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join a high-performing team. Earn around $20.00 per hour with benefits like medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off. Expect a schedule that supports evenings and weekends; opportunities for promotion to full-time exist.

You’ll help customers, process sales, and keep the store safe and organized. Employees can enroll in the 401(k) plan and enjoy paid holidays and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
