Compensation

Starting Rate: $13.00

Hourly Pay Range: $13.00 - $13.79

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage customers with personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals; develop sales skills and learn product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store’s appearance optimal by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; the role requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and standing throughout most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments, and ensure customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories; share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

Requirements
