Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate at the Outlets at Orange. You will deliver excellent customer service, build rapport with shoppers, and drive sales while gaining product knowledge across MOVADO, MVMT, OLIVIA BURTON and others.

The role includes watch servicing like sizing and battery changes. We offer competitive hourly wages starting at 16.90 USD with commission on all sales, plus employee discounts and 401K benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.

• Merchandise products per Company guidelines and keep the store clean and organized.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.

We are currently seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious individual to join the Movado Company Store team as a Part Time Sales Associate at the Outlets at Orange.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service as well as establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of about the merchandise.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment while monitoring merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing, and proper display.
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
• Service watches, which includes sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.
