Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers discover the right tech and services and guiding them through each purchase with confidence. You'll welcome customers, perform product demos, make recommendations across departments, and handle cashier duties, returns and exchanges while keeping the floor clean and stocked.

A minimum of 3 months in retail and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visits our stores. We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person’s unique needs. What you’ll do

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
