Tarte Inc is looking for experienced retail sales associates for part-time positions in select geographic markets across the United States. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for tarte products and retail sales experience in Sephora or Ulta environments.

This role emphasizes strong communication and customer service skills, along with a drive to achieve sales goals, with compensation ranging from $23 to $30 per hour depending on experience and location.

Job Description

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part‑time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship‑building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
