Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join a fast-growing, team-oriented environment. You’ll help customers turn their home design dreams into reality while delivering world-class service in a fun, low-pressure setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a passion for home décor, and the ability to work flexible retail hours. Prior retail or commission-based experience and bilingual skills are a plus. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
