Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in National Harbor to deliver outstanding customer service and manage transactions at the register. You will help maintain store standards, assist with stock and merchandising, and contribute to a safe, organized shopping environment.

Flexible hours include weekends and evenings, with potential overtime. Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, strong teamwork and communication, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 30

Responsibilities

  • Provide high standards of customer experience at the store according to brand values.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and securely at checkout.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the store; comply with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock management; support inventory checks.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment; work non-traditional hours as required.

YOUR MISSION

Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards. Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets. Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards. Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise. Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed. Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities. Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment. Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

YOUR TALENT

At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred. Strong team player. Strong communication skills. Ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs. The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Benefits

Benefit Summary_Part Time. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The base pay for this position is $15.30 - $18.30+.
