Job summary

Best Buy in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech and services while delivering a friendly, helpful experience.

You’ll demo products, answer questions, process purchases and returns, stock shelves, and support curbside and in-store pickup. A minimum of 3 months retail experience is required.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visits our stores. We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person’s unique needs. What you’ll do

• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
