Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Madison, AL is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers and maintain store appearance. You’ll be part of a team delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers with the "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach, handling cash transactions, knowing current promotions, supporting donation programs, receiving trucks, pricing, merchandising, and keeping the store tidy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
