Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual skills (Preferred)
• Experience with outbound prospecting (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the US, with a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include standing and walking for prolonged periods, lifting objects up to 10 pounds, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and handling small parts. Visual acuity is necessary for working with small components and computer screens, which can be facilitated by glasses or contacts.
