Job Description

General Function

As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including but not limited to:
  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs
  • Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are maintained
  • Problem-solve for customer issues and involve management for assistance
• Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high-touch level of assistance to VIP clientele and ensure VIP retention
• Remain up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand
• Actively listen and follow instructions given by management or superiors
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and code of conduct
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings
• Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and communicate to the manager if obstacles arise
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your sensibility, style, and connections to local and broader communities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated, team player

Pay Range: -24.03
