About the Role

As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s success. This entry-level retail role offers growth opportunities with flexible scheduling.

Compensation

Starting rate: $15.00 per hour

Hourly pay range: $15.00 – $15.91

What You Will Do

• Customer Service: Engage with customers and provide personalized advice on Skechers products to help each customer find the right fit.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and standing for most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and support sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and standards.
