Job summary

Ollie's Front End Specialist position is based in-store and focuses on assisting customers and maintaining the front-end appearance. You will manage transactions, understand promotions, and help train new associates to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing refunds, merchandising, and supporting donation programs. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front-end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the register, approve refunds for other Associates, and assist with training new Associates.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Front End Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front-end of store operations.
