Princess Polly is seeking a Retail Store Associate for our Irvine Spectrum Retail Store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help translate our online brand into real-world shopping, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

You will maintain visual merchandising standards, restock and prep merchandise, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. A passion for fashion and strong communication are essential to excite customers and represent our brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Retail experience preferred but not mandatory; passion for fashion and customer service matters most.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Upbeat, high-energy demeanor and enthusiasm for the brand.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.

We are growing our team based at our Irvine Spectrum Retail Store and are looking for talented individuals to join the Princess Polly team.

Position Summary

As our Retail Store Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining an elevated standard of visual merchandising and store standards. The retail store associate will also keep our sales floor replenished, and unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives at our store to be merchandised. The ideal candidate will be positive, high-energy, highly motivated, and possess a great sense of style. The goal of the Retail Store Associate is to excite customers with this new and exciting IRL experience!

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. What matters most is your passion for fashion and a knack for customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• An upbeat, high-energy demeanor. We're looking for someone who's excited to interact with customers and passionate about our brand.
• Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs

Salary

Salary Banding: $18-$18/per hour
