Job summary

Best Buy in Indiana is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and guide purchases across departments while ensuring checkout accuracy and efficiency.

You will work as part of a team, continue learning about our technology and services, and adapt to a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role supports in-store and curbside pickup and uses an employee discount program.

Qualifications

• 3 months of retail or fast-paced, team-oriented work
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Willingness to learn across departments and product categories

• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
