EZCORP, Inc. seeks a Retail Sales Associate (Pawnbroker) in Houston, TX to assist customers with sales and pawn transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers paid training, opportunities for promotion through a Pawnbroker Certification Program, and uncapped bonus potential based on store and individual performance. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and support opening/closing duties while maintaining excellent service and product knowledge.
