Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking Sales Associates in Harrisonburg, VA to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, and handle returns or online pickups.

The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and a fast-paced retail atmosphere with immediate hiring and training provided. In this part-time position, you’ll multitask across cashier, sales, and merchandising duties, respond to customer requests, and help create a welcoming store environment.

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

• Preferred but not required: customer service or cashier experience in a retail environment
