Job summary

The Salvation Army store in Franklin Park is seeking a friendly Store Sales Associate to welcome diverse customers and donors. The role blends customer service with retail operations to convert donations into community resources, supporting the mission of The Salvation Army.

Two part-time positions are available: morning and afternoon shifts. Training on our POS system is provided, with expected proficiency within 3 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and offering assistance.

• Maintain store appearance through cleaning, organizing, and restocking.
• Help meet daily production goals by processing and displaying new merchandise.
• Contribute to a positive shopping environment.

About the Role

Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Store Sales Associate. Pay Rate : $17.05/ Hourly

Status: Part Time -27 Hours weekly

-Seeking two Part-Time Associates: one for the morning shift and one for the afternoon shift. Candidates must be available to work either schedule based on business needs.
