Arcis Golf at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek in Fort Worth, TX seeks a friendly team member to deliver outstanding guest service inside the pro shop. You will help customers, answer questions, and suggest merchandise while keeping the shop neat and inviting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, inventory checks, pricing, stocking, and supporting merchandise flow. This role offers benefits and a chance to grow within a hospitality-focused golf environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Perform department opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
• Provide excellent guest service by welcoming customers and offering product suggestions.
• Assist with merchandise management including shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and inventory.
