Job Description

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship‑building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media

• Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience))
• Friendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment
