Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate. The role involves delivering a great customer experience, processing sales, and promoting company programs in our store. You’ll contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized shopping environment, while supporting a team that values reliability and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; attendance policy adherence required.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift.

The anticipated rate for this position is $16.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
