The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods in Eagan, MN is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a high-quality shopping experience. You will engage with customers, ring purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandise and loss-prevention standards.

You should have strong communication, be able to multitask, and work a flexible schedule. Retail experience is preferred, and benefits include associate discounts and 401(k) contributions.

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

This position has a starting pay range of USD $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
