Compensation Rate

STARTING RATE: $16.00

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $16.00 – $16.97

What You Will Do

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals and develop your skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; lift and carry shoes and boxes, occasionally up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for most of your shift.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure customers leave with a great final impression.
• Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
