Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a leading telecommunications retailer in finding a Retail Sales Associate for our client’s Ohio market. You will drive in-store sales, engage customers through consultative conversations, and recommend products to match customer goals.

The role requires a 1+ year sales background, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Local events participation and peak-period shifts are expected.

Qualifications
