Job summary

Verizon Retail in Downingtown, PA is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow customer relationships and drive technology solutions inside our store. You’ll use passion for tech and strong service to help customers find the right Verizon experience.

Compensation includes $16.00–$21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 in commissions, with top performers reaching $65,000–$75,500+ annually. This role offers ongoing training, community engagement, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.

• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.

We're hiring immediately! This isn't your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond? With our commission program, the opportunities are unlimited for employees who exceed their sales goals. Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

What we're looking for...
