Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a nationwide telecom retailer. You will drive in-store sales, engage customers with consultative conversations, and recommend solutions to meet customer goals.

• 1+ year of relevant experience (work or military)
• Strong background in sales or commission-based sales within retail or related industries
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule set 4 weeks in advance)
• Ability to pick up extra shifts during peak retail periods
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
